This combo gives you up to 7 possible band combinations to allow for any level of resistance or assistance between 15 and 185 lbs. This accommodates gradual increases in your strength and allows you to do drop sets - i.e. doing a set of pull ups with just the Robust band until you can’t do any more reps and then adding the Heavy band to eke out a few more reps.
1 - LIGHT RESISTANCE LOOP BAND - COLOUR RED
This band's light weight and low tension is suitable for general core conditioning, rehabilitation, speed training, jumping, stretching, aerobics, yoga, and as assistance for body weight exercises. Widely used as aerobic bands, this band is good for beginners and those looking for light weight resistance.
2 - LIGHT-MEDIUM RESISTANCE LOOP BAND - COLOUR BLACK
This is probably the most versatile band we offer as it can be used for a whole spectrum of mid-high level resistance exercises. Widely used as general strength training bands, Pilates, and explosive training bands.
3 - MEDIUM RESISTANCE LOOP BAND - COLOUR PURPLE
This band is often used to lightly assist pull ups. This is a great middle ground band for general strength training.
